It's easy to think only of your body when you're thinking of how to live better for longer but what about our minds - if you lose that then what was the point!
As with everything our peak is our twenties and from thirty onwards everything starts to decline!
So take on novel challenges - new things and one of the greatest tests if to navigate! Unplug from technology and go into the wild with a map!
Brain training does seem to have an effect on the brain and your brain needs to be exercised as much as your body does.
