Diet and Fasting
Nuitrition can be very confusing - what's in fashion at one time is out the next - is the latest super food just a glut of a particular produce!
As people are not lab rats - can a real scientific result ever be obtained?
Fad diets are not helpful of course and no-one wants to live a life of 'want' either.
What would seem to be true is that a more plant based diet is best but oddly enough - meat/fish once or twice a week seems to give a longer life than a strict vegan/vegetarian diet - Pescatarians seem to do best (I personally don't eat fish)!
But if you're preference is for a vegan or even carnivore life-style - we can dial that into your plan.
Fasting?
If you'd like to try this - we can help.
In reality what's happening with fasting is we're removing glucose from the body - which overtime makes you burn fat stores - i.e. Ketosis - you've probably come across this term before.
By cutting off the Glucose - you kill 'Zombie' cells in the body (who make more Zombie cells!) and those cells that were starting to feel ill get the chance to repair themselves - giving benefits in terms of weight loss - lower risk of Cancer and reduced risk of Alzheimers.
It's probably a more natural way of eating too - our world is drowning in food now and that's not natural.
