The world is ever evolving - so how do we keep up and keep our sense of purpose.
This is what I've been teaching my family following reading the excellent "21 Lessons for the 21st century" by Yuval Noah Harari of "Sapiens" fame.
They are: -
Change - remember you're going to have too!
Critical Thinking - especially in this world of social media.
Collaboration - The need to work in a team is becoming greater - not less.
and
Creativity - tomorrow's jobs will be around creativity as we adapt to an ever more computerised - AI driven and robotically enhanced world!
I've also been doing a lot of work around AI recently and their needs to be another C added for the future - 'Curiousity' - it's surely a key differentiator between man and machine and without curiousity - we won't drive the previous 4 C's forwards!
