Did you know most people are actually de-hydrated.
Although there's an argument that nothing beats water - I do modify this slightly and find it helps ensure I do drink enough fluid during the day.
1. I add Aoole Cider Vinegar to one of my litres of water.
2, I add marine collagen (tastes like weak orange) to the other one.
This brings added benefits of course whilst ensuring I stay hydrated!
